Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Food & Beverage Manager to lead the full operations of our restaurant and bar. In this role, you will serve as both a strategic planner and a hands-on leader—overseeing the guest experience, team development, and overall performance of the outlet. As we operate a single-restaurant concept, this position plays a vital role in both daily operations and long-term success, reporting directly to the General Manager.

Your Role

• Lead the F&B team to deliver exceptional guest service in alignment with Hyatt brand standards and Alila's unique experience.
• Drive outlet profitability by managing budgets, controlling costs, and identifying revenue opportunities.
• Oversee all areas of restaurant operations, including service flow, hygiene, food safety, and guest satisfaction.
• Partner closely with the Culinary team to ensure smooth operations and consistent quality.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and bar.
• Support the recruitment, training, and performance development of the service team.
• Be visible on the floor during peak hours, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
• Address guest feedback and service recovery, striving for continuous improvement.
• Ensure the outlet operates in compliance with Malaysian regulations, Hyatt policies, and sustainability practices.
• Take ownership of inventory, supplier coordination, and equipment upkeep.
