Food & Beverage Manager - Hyatt House Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara

This role reports to the hotel General Manager. It is a dual responsibility position overseeing both the culinary department and the food and beverage service department. Hyatt House hotels are part of the Hyatt Hotels portfolio in Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate the restaurant, events space and pool bar to ensure they operate successfully in accordance with Hyatt standards and are individually profitable.
• Be hands-on and ready to lend expertise within other departments of the hotel; manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate and negotiate at all levels; maintain high service standards; problem-solve with employees and guests.
• Drive concepts and initiatives with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for great food and service.
• Lead from the front and demonstrate key traits such as passion for people, creativity, speed in task completion, and commercially sound decision making.
• Utilize digital and social media to drive customer engagement and traffic capture.
