Responsibilities
- Coordinating with clients / vendors to ensure hardware and systems are installed accordingly.
- Install, configure, support and maintain hardware, system, storage solutions, network, and software solutions.
- Coordinating and implementing patch update / management.
- Manage and support email, anti-virus and anti-spam solutions.
- Monitoring network performance, hardware and software based upon network application, profiles, connectivity and traffic.
- Perform root cause analysis of issue and working as a team to evaluate potential solutions and resolution.
- Assist in coordination and implementation of IT projects and new systems as well to ensure proper documentations to be maintained.
- Research and evaluate on new technologies to improve the systems / services.
- Perform other ad-hoc project and task as assigned by superior from time to time.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of working experience in IT infrastructure support or a related role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply).
