Overview
We are currently looking for a Transmission Lines Engineer - Civil / Structural to join our client office in Kuala Lumpur. They will deliver high-quality engineering and will be joining as a member of the strongest technical leadership team of Lines Engineering in Asia Pacific. As an engineer, you will be supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of transmission line projects. Tasks will include technical support, troubleshooting and networking within the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the end-to-end design of Transmission Lines including modelling, design of structures, and foundations.
- Concept and Detailed Design of Transmission Lines using PLS-CADD software
- Modelling of structures using PLS-TOWER, PLS-POLE
- Foundation designs – varying from normal concrete foundations to pile foundations
- Site visits and inspections as required
- Assisting with the preparation of proposals
