M&E Draughtsperson

Collect, study, and combine rough sketches and initial design ideas from engineers into coherent technical drafts / drawing.

Check that final technical drafts / drawing include all relevant information in an easy-to-read format, measurements and units are accurate based on initial design information from engineers.

Able to produce coordination drawing / details / elevation / section drawing.

Participate in as built drawing production, visit site weekly / biweekly, to capture the changes and transform it into proper as built drawing.

Proper filling and update the drawing list from time to time.

Requirements

Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related drafting discipline.

Proficient in CAD software, Microsoft Word & Excel; knowledge of ARCHICAD BIM is an advantage or must be willing to learn.

Able to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings with basic understanding of mechanical or electrical construction design.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Demonstrates self-initiative, a positive attitude, and eagerness to learn new skills and knowledge.
