Landscape Technical Draughtsperson (Kuala Lumpur)

As a Landscape Technical Draughtsperson , your main responsibilities include :

Participate in the entire project process to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design specifications and report progress and results to the project lead.

Liaising with the project team to produce detailed technical drawings and plans based on project requirements.

Reviewing design concepts and propose improvements in line with project objectives.

Ensure that all drawings are produced in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.

Manage and update project documentation to ensure all technical information is current and accessible.

Conduct site visits as required to collect data and ensure accurate representation of the design.

Undertake additional ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by the project / team leader or management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the success of the team.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree / Postgraduate Degree / Professional Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture or equivalent.
• Preferably 3-5 years or more of professional experience in the field of landscape architecture.

Efficient time management and a dedicated focus on achieving results.

Responsible, hardworking, independent, with good communication skills and self-motivated.
