Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least SPM.

- Basic Culinary Knowledge Possess foundational skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety practices. A culinary certificate or relevant training is an advantage.
- Physical Stamina and Flexibility Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced kitchen environment, including weekends and holidays, while maintaining focus and efficiency.
- Teamwork and Willingness to Learn Strong collaboration skills and a proactive attitude to assist senior chefs and learn new techniques and recipes.

Crafting and providing the best of illy food recipes, and creating the illy Experience for all of the customers is part of our FAM-illy.Demonstrating integrity, honesty and knowledge to promote illy culture, values and mission.Remaining calm during busy periods or unexpected events to keep the kitchen running smoothly and to set a positive example for the team on duty.Providing high-quality food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.Ensuring ingredients and final products are fresh.Multi-tasking effectively, handling all food products preparation and service, ensuring high standards and overall success of the guest experience.Following recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.Maintaining a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes.Handling stored ingredients and food following safety and sanitation standards.Following illy operating policies and procedures for safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees during each shiftDisplaying a 'customer first' mentality and being ready to fit customers’ needs or special requests.Providing support for the training of new employees by showing appreciation for good performance and coaching where necessary respectfully and constructively.Maintaining a clean and tidy kitchen, with all working stations tidy, organised and clean as per regulations.Responsibility for equipment / utensils care and maintenance.Benefits
