Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum of a Diploma in Electronics or a related field. Several years of sales experience working with OEM, ODM, design houses, channel partners and contract manufacturers. Proven experience in design-in products with customers, especially in the Semiconductor or Networking industries. Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively engaging with customers. Proficiency in English and Chinese to communicate effectively with Chinese customers. This position will be based in Kulai, Johor.

Job Description :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Engage with OEM, ODM customers, and design houses, channel partners to promote and design-in our products.
- Manage / oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial contract negotiation to product delivery.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as R&D, supply chain, and quality to ensure smooth completion of orders.
