Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of Better Together and Care Together programs to foster a culture of growth, inclusion, and well-being.
- Champion career development, internal mobility, and succession planning for key positions.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes with a human-centered approach.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and recognition platforms.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on talent development and staffing matters.
- Coordinate performance review exercises and ensure timely completion of mandatory trainings.
- Advocate for diversity, inclusion, and mental health support across the organization.
- Manage HR and training budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and strategic alignment.
- Represent HR in employee committee engagements and liaise with PETRONAS on manpower reporting.
Qualifications
A Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.Minimum 10–20 years of HR experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.Strong knowledge of HR processes, talent management, performance management, and organizational development.Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.Passionate about employee well-being, inclusion, and continuous learning.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., HR4U).Proven ability to lead HR initiatives and drive impactful change.Seniorities
