Senior Account Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferably with 2 years' experience in accounts field. Experience handling full set accounts and audits, ideally for multiple companies. Familiarity with payment processing, cash flow management, and handling financial transactions. Able to work independently, strong communication skills to liaise with various departments, and external stakeholders. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. High level of accuracy in processing financial data and preparing reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES : ACCOUNTING
- Management Reporting – maintaining a full set of accounts, preparation of monthly management accounts and the required accounting schedules.
- Bookkeeping – entry into accounting system : sales & purchases invoices, expenses, capital expenditure, staff claims and preparation of monthly bank reconciliation.
- Manage and process e-invoicing and SST submission in compliance with government regulations and deadlines
- To handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling. Manage tax calculation and declaration.
- Interact with external auditors, authorities and tax agents on the accounting audit and income tax matters if required.
- Perform other duties and responsibility as assigned by superior from time to time.
