Technical Project Manager Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate across multiple work streams involving business, operations, regional IT teams, and global delivery teams Work across different time zones, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Maintain a global perspective, challenging local requirements to align with best practices and strategic objectives Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote transparency, facilitate effective communication, and ensure smooth project delivery Identify current and future training needs, develop skill gap analyses, and create actionable plans for team development Set clear performance expectations, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous improvement Resolve conflicts within the team to maintain focus and ensure timely delivery Develop and execute engagement plans to motivate and align the team and stakeholders Regularly report project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management Escalate issues promptly to ensure timely resolution and project success Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred Agile Scrum or PMP Certification 9+ years of experience as a scrum master or project manager or a similar role Leadership and management experience Excellent people and project management skills Strong communication and presentation skills Nice to have / What makes you stand out?
