Project Site Supervisor

Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum Diploma qualification from a recognized institution. Relevant working experience in Renovation, Project management and coordination. Knowledge of Architectural / Interior Designer drawings. Possess good interpersonal communication and analytical skills with people at all levels. Able to work on multiple projects within a simultaneous timeline and meet deadline. Willing to work at night and weekend due to project nature, if required.
Overview
Monitoring projects planning and scheduling for interior design, tendering, interior fit-out coordination.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients on keeping track & control schedules of cost, time and quality.
- Liaise with subcontractors for follow-up of drawings, submission, completion letter, delivery process, etc.
- Manage site operation, coordination & safety meeting.
