- Job Description : Finance Project Manager
- The Opportunity
- We are seeking a
- Finance Project Manager
- to oversee and drive the successful execution of finance-related projects that support business-as-usual (BAU) operations. This role is critical in ensuring that finance systems remain stable, enhancements are implemented effectively, and operational workflows run smoothly across the CFO organization. You will also be responsible for managing a team of Finance Business Analysts and ensuring seamless execution of tech priorities while maintaining operational excellence across finance processes.
- Key Responsibilities
- Team and Project Management :
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within the finance transformation roadmap. You will directly manage a team of
- Finance Business Analysts
- , mentoring and developing their skills to ensure project success and professional growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Act as the primary liaison between the finance and ERP tech teams. Drive projects forward by actively participating in agile ceremonies, including
- roadmapping, sprint planning, daily stand-ups and huddles
- to align project goals, resolve dependencies, and remove roadblocks.
- Issue and Ticket Management :
- Oversee the intake, prioritization, and triaging of all incoming issue tickets and enhancement requests related to finance systems using

- . Ensure that issues are routed to the correct teams and addressed in a timely manner.
- Stakeholder Management :
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear, concise updates on project status, risks, and performance against objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success.
- Discovery & Innovation :
- Scope out requirements for new systems, tools, modules, and automation opportunities. Propose, compile, and deliver ROI analyses for any Capex or Opex investments to support decision-making and prioritization.
- Qualifications
- Required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a finance role with significant project or program management responsibilities.
- Proven experience in leading and delivering large-scale financial projects, preferably within a technology or PropTech company.
- Demonstrated experience in managing a team, with a strong focus on mentorship and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial systems.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Executional mindset with a strong focus on delivery management and follow-through.
- Ability to work effectively with Process Excellence / Continuous Improvement teams, adopting best practices and driving operational enhancements.

- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.
- Experience with NetSuite, including system implementations, migrations, or ongoing administration.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working within a Scrum or similar framework.
- Experience in the technology marketplaces industry.
