Ensure all merchandise is presented in the correct sizes, colours, and quantities on the shop floor. Keep the store, fitting rooms, and display areas clean, tidy, and inviting at all times. Assist in receiving, processing, and replenishing stock, including inter-store transfers. Participate in regular stock counts and support inventory control measures. Follow all store operating procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and promotional activities. Collaborate with team members to create a positive, efficient, and sales-focused work environment. Act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the company’s values and image in every customer interaction.
