Job Description

  • Oversee the management of financial records and reports
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Assist in the development of financial strategies and plans
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive financial efficiency
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure financial accuracy
  • Manage and mentor junior members of the finance team
  • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the company
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times

    • The Successful Applicant

  • A strong academic background in Finance or a related field
  • At least 3 years experience specifically within Record to Report (RTR) or General Ledger (GL) functions.
  • Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
