- Supply Chain : Serve as the key touch point for end-to-end Operations, including Order Management, Supplier Coordination, Production Scheduling, Freight & Transportation, 3PL Management and Inventory Planning
- Planning : Lead Sales & Inventory Planning in collaboration with Brand teams, including demand forecasting, working capital management, stock aging, and expiry risk mitigation
- Vendor Management : Evaluate and manage performance of key vendors and 3rd party suppliers (including overseas partners), ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-efficiency
- Cross-Function : Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with cross-functional teams including finance, brand, product, and sourcing to ensure all required initiatives are rolled out with minimal any operational issues.
- Monitoring : Design and operationalize reporting dashboards and metrics using WMS tools and Google Sheets to enable data-driven decision-making
- Strategic Projects : Manage operations-related initiatives and improvement projects end-to-end, from scoping to execution and post-implementation review aimed at optimizing operational cost efficiencies and streamlining operational processes
- Problem Solving : Identify root causes of operational issues, propose corrective actions, and drive resolution through structured problem-solving
- Process Improvements : Drive continuous improvement through process mapping, SOP development, and documentation using frameworks like Kanban
- Compliance : Ensure operational compliance, service-level adherence, and alignment with business objectives across all operational touchpoints
Job Requirements
2+ years in Supply Chain / Operations Management or Consulting (with experience in Sales & Inventory Planning, Supplier Management, Project Management), in a fast-paced environmentMinimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable tertiary organisation, preferably in Supply Chain Management or related Project Management modulesDemonstrated high levels of organisation and effectiveness in managing complex cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless coordination and timely executionIndependent and creative problem solver who thinks critically, with strong business sense and analytical skillsFluent in English and Mandarin.
