Malaysia | Customer Service Representative (N1 / N2 / Native Japanese Speakers) | BPO - Call Center : Hospitality / Travel Project at Majorel
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives (Japanese Speaking) to join our team supporting the World\'s Leading Travel account. In this role, you are responsible for providing reservations and related support to customers via phone and email.
Responsibilities
- Handle pre- and post-reservation inquiries / requests by phone and e-mail.
- Modify, change and / or cancel existing reservations.
- Make outbound calls to hotels / guests to arrange special requests.
- Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints.
- Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support.
Qualifications
At least a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any field.Excellent English & Japanese language skills (Native / JLPT N1 or N2 speakers).Independent and customer-oriented.Willing to work on rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.Benefits
