Responsibilities
- Plan Implementation : Collaborate with client leadership to design and execute incentive plans across sales channels.

- Communication & Training : Explain plan details to sales teams and provide support.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and report performance against incentive metrics.
- Compliance & Systems : Ensure legal compliance and manage incentive systems for accurate payouts.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Work with finance, HR, and sales operations for smooth program execution.
Qualifications
