Industrial Equipment Sales Manager

Type : Full-time, Permanent
Location : Johor, Malaysia

Job Details

Our client, a prominent EPC, is seeking an experienced commercial candidate who will manage key accounts and spearhead business development for new orders in the region.

Key Areas of Focus :

Overseeing client relationships

Generating sales orders

Negotiating contract terms

Managing RFQ processes

Supporting proposal development

Conducting client presentations

Identifying and securing new business opportunities in emerging markets

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales or Business Development, specifically with equipment for industrial sectors such as Minerals Mining & Processing, Chemicals, Oil Refineries, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceutical manufacturing, and New Energies (Green hydrogen, SAF, Green Ammonia)

Knowledge and experience in dealing with Process Modules, Heat Exchangers & Modules, Pressure vessels / Skids will be a huge advantage

Availability for travel

Exceptional teamwork capabilities and interpersonal communication skills
