At Global Enrichment Programmes (GEP), we believe in the power of transformative experiences. Based in Malaysia and owned by Epsom College, GEP serves students across Southeast Asia with a wide range of enrichment and language acquisition programs for 12-17-year-olds. Our flagship programs include immersive summer and winter camps in Malaysia and Japan. We focus on providing engaging and enriching experiences to help students grow and learn in diverse environments.

Role Description

This is a contract-based on-site role for a Camp Assistant located in Greater Kuala Lumpur with travel expected to our centres in Borneo and Japan.

Responsibilities

• supervise and guide campers
• plan and lead activities
• ensure the safety and well-being of all participants
• facilitate daily camp operations
• engage with campers to foster a positive camp environment
• address any issues that arise
• provide support where needed
• maintain a high standard of communication with campers, staff, and parents
