Purpose of Role
A Teaching Assistant in an international school supports teachers in creating an engaging, inclusive, and globally minded learning environment. The role involves assisting in lesson delivery, providing individual and small-group support to students, and helping to differentiate learning to meet diverse needs. Teaching Assistants also assist with classroom organisation, preparation of teaching resources, supervision during lessons and activities, and the implementation of the school’s pastoral and safeguarding standards. They play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, fostering intercultural understanding, and supporting students’ academic and personal growth in line with the school’s values and international curriculum.

The Teaching Assistant will report to the Head of Early Years / Head of Primary.
Qualifications and Experience
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Teaching / Education or any other relevant fields. (e.g. PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent).
