Supply Chain Director

Develop and execute regional supply chain strategy aligned with global and commercial leadership.

Lead site supply chain operations including warehousing, sterilization planning, logistics, and import / export.

Drive Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and collaborate with global teams to ensure forecast accuracy and robust supply plans.

Manage third-party logistics, distribution providers, and sterilizers, ensuring performance and contract compliance.

Establish and monitor KPIs, scorecards, escalation protocols, and review cadences to drive transparency and accountability.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, ISO13485) across all supply chain activities and partners.

Collaborate on IT / OT systems to support global efficiency and process consistency.

Foster a high-performance team culture focused on accountability, development, and continuous improvement.

What makes you successful

• 10+ years in supply chain roles within regulated manufacturing environments; 7+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in forecasting, planning, inventory management (S&OP), and manufacturing scheduling.
• Experience managing 3PLs, logistics providers, and contract performance.
• Strong understanding of import / export regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP, DRP, WMS, and TMS systems.
• Demonstrated success in leading transformational change and influencing across matrix organizations.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
