Role summary

Responsibilities
- Serve as key point of contact on brief delivery responses and work with WPP Media Agency Planner to develop tactical strategies / responses.
- Compile all necessary media recommendations (e.g., media schedules) from respective WPP Media Buying teams.
- Oversee end-to-end project management of campaign brief and delivery.
- Be responsible for all campaign tracking and reconciliation requirements (including KPI delivery).
- Support the Director of Campaign Delivery to strategize key account campaigns and ensure optimal delivery and performance across all WPP Media Agencies and WPP Media Buying teams.
- Share regular updates with Agencies on campaign performance, including in-flight optimizations and schedule adjustments as needed.
- Assist WPP Media agencies in consolidating data for ad hoc reports (e.g., CSI / Savings Report / Cost Avoidance).
- Deliver holistic cross-channel campaign analysis (mid and post-campaign reports) and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
- Identify new product opportunities to enhance clients’ digital front.
- Roll out test-and-learn initiatives to drive continuous improvements in campaign performance.
- Develop broader biddable or digital strategic recommendations and best practices to scale impact at market and regional levels.
- Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time.
Skills and Experience
Knowledge and passion for digital marketing : digital display, digital branding, digital direct response, SEM, video & mobile.Ability to harvest large amounts of information, distill the most important data, and apply insights to accounts and clients.Ability to influence without authority.Leadership skills demonstrated by self-confidence, good judgement, sound decision-making, empathic listening, flexibility, self-motivation and ability to challenge the status quo.Team player with ability to receive and provide feedback, collaborate cross-functionally.Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement with the ability to deliver results under constraints.Relationship skills and awareness of diversities.Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma in STEM, Digital Advertising / Media, Mass Communication or relevant field.3+ years of hands-on experience in at least one biddable channel (Social, Search, Programmatic).At least 1 year in internal / external engagement capacity.Strong experience in end-to-end project / campaign management.Solid understanding of the digital media ecosystem and technology.Project management skills and ability to handle multiple stakeholder levels.Able to effectively develop and motivate people to achieve joint goals.Meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills.Life at WPP Media & Benefits
