Overview

System Analyst (Factory Automation / Control Systems / PLC / Scada)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyze production processes to identify automation opportunities.
Design and integrate automated systems with existing factory equipment.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot automation issues.
Collect and interpret operational data to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and various teams to implement automation projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

3+ years of experience in factory automation or industrial control systems.

Proven track record of leading automation projects from concept to deployment.

Strong skills in data analytics, system diagnostics, and performance optimization.

Excellent teamwork, cross-functional collaboration, and technical communication skills.

Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies such as loT, edge computing, or AI-driven automation.

Strong project management skills with the ability to mentor and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
