Overview We are seeking a highly skilled

Microsoft Identity Security Consultant

with extensive hands-on experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or equivalent platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in integrating and managing IGA with SAP for provisioning, role management, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) scenarios. Proficiency in Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) is a significant advantage.

This remote role requires a candidate with 6+ years of experience in Identity Security, exceptional technical capabilities, and strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage IGA solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta) to meet customer needs for identity lifecycle management, access control, and compliance.

Integrate IGA solutions with SAP for provisioning, role management, and SoD controls.

Collaborate with clients to assess identity security requirements, deliver solutions, and provide technical advisory services.

Implement and configure

Microsoft Entra ID

features, including hybrid identity setups, conditional access, and user lifecycle management.

Provide expertise in

Privileged Access Management (PAM) ,

Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) , and

Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)

solutions as part of holistic identity security projects.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity and access issues using advanced tools and techniques.

Develop and deliver technical documentation, training, and support to clients.

Engage with stakeholders, presenting technical solutions and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

Experience :

Minimum of 6 years in Identity Security with a focus on IGA solutions.

Technical Expertise :

Deep hands-on experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or other IGA platforms. Experience with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) is highly preferred.

SAP Integration :

Proven experience in integrating IGA solutions with SAP for provisioning, role management, and SoD scenarios.

Additional Skills :

Proficiency in PAM, CIEM, and CIAM solutions is a plus.

Communication :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Problem-Solving :

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving identity-related issues.

Certifications :

Relevant certifications in IGA platforms, Microsoft Entra ID, or other identity security tools are advantageous.
