Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the internal Business Development team to conceptualize and develop compelling creative pitch proposals for events and activations.
- Provide creative input and visual direction, transforming ideas and concepts into visually impactful designs.
- Independently develop key visuals and design assets from initial concept to final execution.
- Interpret and translate client briefs accurately to ensure the creative output aligns with project objectives.
- Design and produce a variety of creative materials including, but not limited to, event key visuals, photo walls, branding collaterals, entrance arches, stage designs, engagement / activation booths, logos, customized structures, and other related visual assets.
- Maintain a strong sense of design, with attention to detail in colour coordination, layout, and typography.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating proactiveness, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high quality outputs while working under tight deadlines and pressure.
Qualifications
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fieldThree years plus of experience in 3D event or exhibition designAdvanced skills in 3dsmax, SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-RayExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesKnowledge of materials, fabrication methods, and on-site challengesExcellent understanding of space planning and audience flowCollaborative and open to constructive feedbackBe careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
