Acquire and manage key client relationships to drive sustainable business growth. Lead and oversee the sales function to achieve sales and revenue objectives. Drive new business development and expand market presence in the B2B space. Develop, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong performance. Create and execute effective sales strategies and go-to-market plans. Lead negotiations from pricing to contract closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure excellent client experience. Stay informed on industry and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Demonstrated success in acquiring and managing key accounts. Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is required.
