Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate assigned regional markets.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers from clients in engineering, construction, oil & gas, utility, or industrial sectors.
- Explore project pipelines, track regional tenders, and stay updated with local market developments.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Conduct regular site visits, presentations, and technical discussions to promote products and solutions.Understand client needs and coordinate internally to deliver suitable proposals.3. Sales Operations & Documentation
Sales Process ExecutionTrack and update sales pipeline, lead status, and follow-up activities in sales systems.Ensure all customer communication, contracts, and sales records are properly documented and retrievable.Ensure all documentation is ISO compliance and invoices are issued correctly to E-invoicing system.4. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with project, technical, and purchasing teams to ensure client requirements are met in terms of delivery, pricing, and specifications.5. Reporting & Forecasting
Provide monthly regional sales updates, forecast reports.Monitor and report on regional KPIs including lead conversion, project wins, and client feedback.To submit customer visitation schedules monthly to HOD for approval.6. Branding & Promotion
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline).Maintain and update marketing materials.Organize and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, training and industry networking events.7. Market Research & Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments in target sectors.Prepare monthly market reports and recommend action plans.
