Location : Sunway Putra Mall, Kuala Lumpur

Job Type : Contract (Full-time hours)

Duration : 5th September 2025 – 22nd December 2025

Salary : RM 100 per day + Attractive Monthly Commission

About the Role :

Join our exciting pop-up event at Sunway Putra Mall We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to be the face of our brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in event management, sales, and customer service in a fun and dynamic environment. If you love interacting with people and have a passion for toys, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
  • Manage crowd flow and provide assistance to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Clearly explain ongoing promotions, events, and product details to customers.
  • Operate the cashier point (POS system) – full training will be provided.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the event space and products.
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times.

Work Schedule & Commitment :

  • Full Contract Commitment Required : You must be available for the entire period from 5rd Sept to 22nd Dec 2025.
  • Working Days : 6 days per week (Roster will be provided by the supervisor).
  • Rest Day : 1 weekday off per week (as per the roster).
  • Working Hours : 10 : 00 AM - 10 : 00 PM.
  • Breaks : Two (2) rest breaks of 1 hour each will be provided.
  • Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays.

    • What We Offer :

  • Basic Salary : RM 100 per day. With full attendance (6 days / week), your basic salary will be RM 2,400 per month.
  • Monthly Commission : Earn additional commission on top of your basic salary based on performance
  • Payment : Salary and commission are paid once a month, in the first week of the following month.
  • Practical Training : Gain valuable experience in sales, customer service, and cash handling.

    • Requirements :

  • Able to commit to the full contract period without exception.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, positive attitude, and a passion for toys is a big plus
  • Able to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Well-groomed and professional.
  • Dress Code : Full black attire with covered shoes.
