Overview

Business Development Executive (Waterproofing)

  • Drive customer acquisition by exploring new opportunities in the hardware industry and other relevant sectors (B2B and B2C) for the company’s waterproofing products.
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote solutions and close sales.
  • Manage project specifications, tender submissions, and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and developers.
  • Provide first-line technical consultation and solutions for customer enquiries, site issues, and product applications.
  • Deliver product knowledge and technical training sessions to internal sales teams and channel partners.
  • Support after-sales service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports; update management on pipeline activities and customer feedback.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns to promote company products.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Assistant Manager or Management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education : Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience : 1–3 years in sales, business development, or technical sales (construction, hardware, or waterproofing preferred) .
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical knowledge of waterproofing materials and applications (training will be provided if required).
  • Ability to handle project specifications, tenders, and site-related requirements.
  • Good problem-solving and customer-service mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, adaptable, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
