Role Overview : As the Finance Manager at Inchz Engineering, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the organization's fiscal health across the region. This position requires a deep understanding of financial management, compliance, budgeting, and reporting, combined with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to support business strategies. Job Responsibilities : -Financial -Direct and oversee all financial activities of the region. -Track financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement -Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company -Responsible for monthly close process -Responsible for various balance sheet accounts reconciliations - Audit and Compliance -Manage the preparation of the company’s financial accounting to ensure compliance with latest local accounting standards, taxation regulations, internal company policies and group accounting policies -Ensuring compliance local tax regulations and completion of any necessary tax returns (withholding taxes, corporate taxes) -Coordinate yearly audit and external auditors and tax agents relating to the preparation of the financial account and tax matters -Support the regions by attending to audit queries and deliver audit requests to ensure they meet all submission timeline -Review and prepare statutory financial statements -To ensure the control environment is robust, e.g. effective segregation of duties, eliminating the risk of fraud or collusion (internal and external) in areas of spending. -Budget and forecasting -Assistance with preparation and reporting of Monthly Forecasting and Annual Budgetary data -Implementing budgetary and expenditure control measures that are aligned with business objectives as well as formulating and implementing financial and accounting policies -Reporting -Preparation and presentation of financial statements, management reports, financial analysis and projects in addition to adhoc reporting -Responsible for timely reporting of monthly / quarterly financial information, including preparation of financial reports and relevant disclosures -Ensure timely and accurate reporting, comprehensive analysis and consolidation; -General -Oversee the work of a Account Executive -Supervise controls for accounting procedures and systems and recommend areas for improvement to ensure cost efficiencies -Provide accounting and finance advice and support to operating units as and when necessary -Observe accounting policies and operating procedures and propose improvements where necessary -Participate and provide financial leadership to drive productivity initiatives and support operations management in the execution of business strategies [Apply now at https : / / my.hiredly.com / jobs / jobs-malaysia-inchz-engineering-sdn-bhd-job-finance-manager]

Experience and Qualifications : -Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance -At least 2 years’ experience in finance and accounting -Experience with financial reporting requirements -We are looking for someone meticulous, hands-on, independent; exercise initiative, self-motivated, willing to work under pressure with a can do spirit; and is able to work well with different stakeholders -Proficiency in using MS office (Excel functions like Pivot Table, VlookUp, Word, Powerpoint) -Good command of English and Chinese Career Growth Opportunities : At Inchz Engineering, we believe in fostering the growth and development of our team members.
