Agency Collaboration and Oversight : Review and approve campaign proposals and content. Strategic Integration and Reporting : Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to management. Stay up to date on industry trends. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Past experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or publisher will be an added value. Strong understanding of digital media platforms, social media trends, and content creation processes. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and make data‑driven decisions. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Strong relationship‑building skills. Strategic thinking and creativity. Results‑driven and metrics‑focused. Highly organized with attention to detail. Adaptability and willingness to stay on top of evolving digital media trends.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, content creators, publishers, and agencies.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Develop and implement KOL / Publisher Strategies :
Create and execute strategies aligned with brand goals.
Coordinate campaign development and execution with agencies.
Manage and support external agencies specializing in KOL and publisher partnerships.
Integrate KOL and publisher strategies into broader marketing campaigns.
