Job Description
Manage KOL and Publisher Relationships :
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, content creators, publishers, and agencies.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth campaign execution.
Develop and Implement KOL / Publisher Strategies :
Create and execute strategies aligned with brand goals.Provide clear briefs and direction for content development.Oversee content creation and execution.Campaign Management and Performance Analysis :
Coordinate campaign development and execution with agencies.Monitor and track campaign performance (ROI, engagement, reach).Analyze data to optimize campaigns and provide performance reports.Agency Collaboration and Oversight :
Manage and support external agencies specializing in KOL and publisher partnerships.Review and approve campaign proposals and content.Strategic Integration and Reporting :
Integrate KOL and publisher strategies into broader marketing campaigns.Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to management.Stay up to date on industry trends.Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldPast experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or publisher will be an added value.Strong understanding of digital media platforms, social media trends, and content creation processes.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong relationship-building skills.Strategic thinking and creativity.Results-driven and metrics-focused.HR / 05JD-MKTHighly organized with attention to detail.Adaptability and willingness to stay on top of evolving digital media trends.#J-18808-Ljbffr
