We’re looking for Customer Care Officer who loves solving problems and creating long term customer relationships through voice support.
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service to SingTel customers either by telephone or electronically
- Respond and follow up promptly to customer enquiries
- Handle and resolve complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments at all levels
- Acquire multiple product knowledge to enhance ability to understand customer needs across different SingTel products
- Meet or exceed all individual and team KPIs set by management
- To log call outcomes accurately in the customer management system (ICONS) and ensure that notes made are sufficient to enable any staff to take a follow-up call from the customer
- To provide support to other team members and the Customer Care Leader as required and to participate in regular team meetings
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as requested
Skills for Success
At least a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Commerce or equivalentEntry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Otherwise at least 1 year working experience in customer service or contact centre is requiredGood command of English. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associatesCustomer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to perform in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressureFlexible to changes in work schedulesGood computer literacy in MS OfficeWilling to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidaysRewards
