We’re now looking for a Chief of Staff — someone who is tenacious , resourceful , independent , and strategic .
You’ll work directly with the Founder to turn big visions into reality — bridging strategy and execution, creativity and structure.
This is a hands-on, high-trust role that requires both intelligence and grit .
You’ll be the person who makes things happen — from strategic planning to driving growth projects, and solving day-to-day problems before they even reach the Founder’s desk.
What You’ll Do
- Work alongside the Founder to plan business priorities, campaigns, and key launches.
- Translate goals into actionable plans with clear ownership and timelines.
- Track progress and ensure the team stays aligned on what matters most.
- Identify bottlenecks across departments — and fix them.
- Improve team processes, reporting, and communication.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc projects — retail setup, partnerships, launches, or internal initiatives.
- Analyse business performance across sales channels (retail, online, pop-ups).
- Provide insights to guide decisions in merchandising, marketing, and product planning.
- Support in developing dashboards and reports to measure success.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, retail, and product teams.
- Keep everyone accountable, connected, and focused.

4–8 years of experience in project management, strategy, brand management, or operations.Preferably experienced in fashion, retail, or consumer brand environment.Strong in planning, communication, and cross-functional execution.Comfortable working directly with founders and senior management.Be part of a growing Malaysian fashion brand with a clear purpose and ambition.Work directly with the Founder on business strategy and growth.Learn everything from branding to retail to e-commerce.Grow into a future leadership role — Head of Operations or Strategy Director.#J-18808-Ljbffr
