Overview

Join to apply for the Customer Service (Mandarin English) role at Agensi Pekerjaan JobScoper Sdn. Bhd.

Location : Georgetown, Penang, Malaysia

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone and email about online orders, product details and pet-food related questions.
  • Guide customers through ordering and payment processes on the website.
  • Troubleshoot order issues (delays, returns, incorrect items) and escalate priority incidents.
  • Record accurate case notes, follow up as required, and close tickets to meet SLAs.
  • Contribute to process and knowledge improvements; share feedback to improve customer experience.
  • Meet quality and performance KPIs set by the company and client.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree and above
  • B2 level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking, listening) is required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer support experience in BPO sector preferred
  • Customer-first mindset and strong service orientation
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teammates
  • Comfortable with Windows and MS Office
  • Willing to work in Penang, GeorgeTown
