Duties and Responsibilities

• To assist Engineers and Surveyors to produce any drawings or sketches.
• To comply with client and applicable legal and other requirements.
• To implement plan actions from risks and opportunities assessment.
• To coordinate between various internal departments that is necessary in order to execute the duty.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superiors.
• Design & plotting lighting plan from Client requirement.
• Work out budgetary
• Attend meeting, site visit and site coordination
• Prepare presentation slide
• Prepare as built drawings & Light adjustment
• Follow-up design fees
• Providing consultation to potential customers to determine their preferences and requirements
• Creating interior design solutions via our latest 3D software for their spaces
• Present proposals and recommendations to customer
• Build and maintain good relationships with prospects by providing good customer service
• Connecting with interior designers, architects and contractors to expand your network and increase customer base
