Penerangan pekerjaanUtilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networking sites, and industry events to identify potential candidates Proactively build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Conduct research to identify passive candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities Review resumes, cover letters, and job applications to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles Engage and ensure a positive candidate experience through personalized outreach, networking events, and informational interviews to build relationships and promote the employer brand Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the organization's values, culture, and career opportunities to candidates Handling all enquiries and negotiation with External Vendors ( Agencies and Job Portals) Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the iCIMS Generate reports and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, such as OTD, cost-per-hire, and candidate sourcing effectiveness Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice Create compelling job postings and marketing materials to attract top talent to open positions Organise and Participate career fairs throughout Malaysia and other supporting countries if required Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and native Languages Additional Language proficiency is added advantage Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities and ambiguity Ability to travel for business’s needed throughout Malaysia and other countries Ability to work in a fast and evolving environment with detail-oriented focus

- Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.
- Responsible for attracting, screening, selecting and onboarding qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings.
