Overview
Lead, Third Party Resolution Strategy & Execution at Standard Chartered. The Third Party Resolution team within Supply Chain Management (SCM) ensures the Bank can restructure post a resolution event in line with regulatory requirements from a third-party perspective. The role supports assessment and enhancement of third-party arrangements and implements improvements to enable a Group-wide restructure post a resolution event. The role participates in key Group-wide programs including Mitto and Phoenix.
Responsibilities
Support the identification of capability uplift requirements to enable agile scenario planning and execution, and plan and deliver these within set timelines
Business
Understand the wider business, legal entity structure, economic and market environment
Transition uplifted capabilities to Business-As-Usual (BAU) processes with longevity and renewal aligned to evolving regulations
Demonstrate the Group’s values and culture; promote a culture of client centricity, agility and accountability through standardized metrics
Identify principal risk types and processes impacted to support a Group-wide restructure
Escalate impediments and blockers when required; deliver governance reports as required
Display exemplary conduct; embed high ethics and regulatory compliance across the bank
Global Head, Third Party Resolution; Global Head, Resilience; Global Head, Recovery & Resolution Planning; Chief Risk Officer, Treasury Risk; Global Head of Supply Chain Management; Programme Directors / Managers for Phoenix and Mitto; stakeholders from Technology, Operations, Group WRB, CIB, HR, CRES, CABM, Finance and other Functions; stakeholders across Phoenix and Mitto programs
