Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chinese Sous Chef, located at Langkawi. The Chinese Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking high-quality Chinese cuisine, ensuring each dish meets the hotel's standards. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, managing food inventory, maintaining hygiene standards, and contributing to menu planning and innovation. The Chinese Sous Chef will ensure efficient kitchen operations, collaborate with other chefs, and assist in training kitchen staff.
