Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
  • Collaborate with international suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Drive merchandising strategies aligned with brand direction and business goals.
  • Analyze sales performance, pricing, and market trends to optimize product mix and profitability.
  • Oversee inventory planning and management to ensure healthy stock levels.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for new product launches and assortment planning.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the merchandising and inventory team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in merchandising or product development, preferably in cosmetics, skincare, or fashion industry .
  • Strong analytical and figure-sensitive skills with solid knowledge of inventory management.
  • Familiarity with ERP / SAP systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative and trend-aware, with the ability to balance brand appeal and commercial results .
