Job Description
Manage Employee Life cycle processed as per approved guidelines :
- Initiate Hire and creating employee profile in system
- Process Job change transaction in system such as Reporting change, organisation change, confirmation, promotion, transfer
- Issue transactional letters
- Processes various electronic forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new-hire onboarding, change-of-status, performance evaluations, benefits, termination of employment, etc.
- Inputs employee personal data into human resources information / computer system (HRIS) database and / or documents activities as requested.
- Manage complex queries thru Case Management system for daily operation
- Manage and maintain e-filing management system
- Support seniors and team lead as and when required
Requirements
Possess at least a STPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Business studies / Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.Preferably someone with 1-3 years related experience in shared service environment under HR function.Demonstrates knowledge or experience in human resources and cases management system such as SAP / Workday.Hand on experience in human resources software such as HRIS.Demonstrate effective and stable interpersonal relationship with internal and external parties.Detail-orientated and meticulous.Fluent in English. Proficiency in a second language such as Mandarin would be an advantage.Seniority level : Entry level
