Bancassurance Business Development (East Coast), Assistant Manager
Business Development Assistant Manager – Bancassurance for East Coast (CR & NCR) – to provide sales support for East Coast NCR & CR business distribution channels within the region. Build close relationships and rapport with business partners and ensure continuous business support and future business development. Assist drive the SME business with CBBC team assigned and ensure the team meets the assigned target. Provide joint field support to drive Banca business.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement sales / marketing activities for the sales team to achieve budget & profitability for all channels in the region (Credit and Non-Credit related).
- Conduct training / meetings with sales channel and sales team on sales related matters and update product information / new product briefing and ensure proper sales process.
- Provide coaching and support to all sales staff of our business partner under the region / portfolio assigned.
- Report daily sales / marketing activities and planning to immediate superior.
- Always keep bankers updated on the business submission and information of the products, guidelines and services.
- Conduct sales verification calls upon sales staff's submission and ensure all sales processes are in order.
- Ensure all submissions can be turned into production and do after-sales follow-up with all sales staff.
- Monitor & ensure the region's existing cases persist and premium payments are up to date.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required.Candidates will be based in Kuantan, covering East Coast portfolio and must be open towards traveling.Preferably with Sales or Business Development experience in Insurance or Bank.Preferably Senior Executive specializing in Sales / Business Development or experience in managing sales.#J-18808-Ljbffr
