Architect

Job Responsibility

• To manage the Project including progress control, quality control, variation / cost control, safety control, environmental control, etc.
• Assist in monitoring and coordinating of Architectural works to be completed by Contractors to facilitate project completion
• Report any critical and / or major issues and proposing possible solutions.
• Liaise and coordinate with the team to resolve technical and / or interfacing issues.
• Monitor, supervise and inspect works.
• Conducting supervision responsibilities of standards of work in adherence to established benchmark and time line.
• Ensuring complete documentation of works done with corrective actions taken as and when necessary.
• Monitoring overall work progress while in strict compliance to requirements and technical specifications.
• Maintaining on-site quality control and documentation while ensuring discrepancies are escalated to relevant stakeholders for corrective action.
• Ensuring construction materials are as specified and in accordance to best practices.
