Manufacturing Technician (Automation)

Overview

Ensure machines are operating properly for the intended manufacturing process within validated condition. Responsibilities

Lead the Preventive Maintenance activities and spare part management. Ensure compliance in record safekeeping, GMP, and HSE requirement. Assist equipment and process validation activities executing test cases, machine operators training, data compilation and report out. Assist continuous improvement activities to increase manufacturing throughput and enhance quality, inclusive of jigs / fixtures design, OEE / OPE analysis and KAIZEN activities. Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience. Knowledge in maintenance with direct exposure in handling automated mechanical and electro-pneumatics systems will be an added advantage Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
