We're looking for a

Financial Controller

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial governance, reporting, and statutory accounts across regional offices.
  • Consolidate and prepare management accounts for senior leadership, in collaboration with global teams.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, including custodians and banking partners.
  • Drive finance-related projects, such as system rollouts and process improvements, ensuring effective middle-office controls.
  • Contribute to board-level discussions on financial strategy and performance.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualification (e.g., ACA, CPA, ACCA) strongly preferred.
  • 4-6 years experience in financial services, fund accounting, or audit with exposure to investment products.
  • Solid understanding of financial instruments such as equities, fixed income, and FX.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across time zones.
