Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field. Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. 2–3 years of experience in HR. Solid knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act, IR Act, and Labour Laws. Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin; proficient in both languages. Able to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Handle employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS updates.
- Assist in payroll processing and statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
- Support performance management, employee engagement, and training activities.
- Address HR-related queries and provide day-to-day support to employees.
- Contribute to HR policies, procedures, and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
Salary : up to RM4,500 per month.
