Requirements :

  • PC literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Good communication skills including written and spoken English
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Finance / Human Resource / Secretarial or other related studies.
  • Candidates must have the knowledge in legal contract or agreement.
  • Finance, Accounting, Human Resource background is an added advantage
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, ability to multi-tasking, proactive and independent
  • Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently.
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  • Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback
  • Mature and patience in handling various situations

Job Descriptions :

  • Assist Director in the day to day operations.
  • To perform duties with utmost discretion, professional, proactive and efficient
  • Organizing and maintaining schedule and making appointments, arranging travel and accommodation
  • Draft, vet and perusing legal letters, agreement and documentations related to the business of the company.
  • Dissemination of information and communication on behalf of CEO to employees
  • Posting job advertisement, organizing resumes and job applications, scheduling interview and assist in hiring process.
  • Answering HR queries from employees, serving as a point person for all new employee questions, orienting new employees to the organization,
  • Maintaining current HR files and databases, updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
  • Assist in performance reviews process, action on disciplinary issues and other HR Admin related matters
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
