About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will actively promote and sell the company's products or services to meet sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calls, client visits, and referrals.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets within the given timeframe.
  • Handle objections effectively and provide solutions for customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's products and services.
  • Document and report sales activities, including customer feedback.
  • Conduct regular market / outlet visits and prepare reports.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Possess own car and a valid driving license.
  • Good attendance record and strong work discipline.
