About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will actively promote and sell the company's products or services to meet sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calls, client visits, and referrals.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
- Achieve agreed sales targets within the given timeframe.
- Handle objections effectively and provide solutions for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's products and services.
- Document and report sales activities, including customer feedback.
- Conduct regular market / outlet visits and prepare reports.
Requirements
At least 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented.Willing to travel.Possess own car and a valid driving license.Good attendance record and strong work discipline.Why Join Us?
